Towne Properties Queens Tower
The worst property in all of Cincinnati, bed bugs, cock-roaches, leaky pipes, rude staff, crime

This place was nice when I visited horrible when I leased a 3 bedroom from them. They remodeled the place (not in the units). They forgot to remove all the bugs from, bed bugs to coachroaches to fire ants at the pool that bit you while you sunbathed. The smell of mold permeated the building. I had horrible allergic reactions to the dirty filthy air.
My car got broken into 8 times in their "secured" parking lot. I could not believe how badly the girl who showed me the property had lied and misrepresented the amenities, such as safety. East price hill "up and coming". No it's bad. Real bad. I started leaving my car unlocked and the crackheads broke my window anyway. They are the worst criminals in that neighborhood. They don't know how to open doors to steal they must break your window. One time all they got was a Manudo cd and a pack of magnum condoms. I spoke with manager girl about it and she said for an extra $50 a month I could rent a space in the garage. Well I talked to Jack Kehoe my neighbor and his car was broken into in the garage so I figured that it was cheaper to pay the autoglass people and buy a new Manudo Cd. What really sucked was the leaky pipes leaked on my girlfreinds head one night and although it turned out to only be urine water from a higher floors toilet (thank God it wasn't feces) she still had to go get hepatitus a testing. They didn't re-imburse us for our medical expenses. Then she got scabies from lack of pest control. I couldn't believe how they could do this to us. The blonde girl at the office just kept trying to sell us a condo that was renovated on the top floor. She said they had no bugs or urine in them. Well the final straw wa when they allowed door to door solictors in the building and they tried to force their way into my unit to convert me to Jehova. It was cause the blonde girl at the front office was a Jehova's witness. So after that we started looking elsewhere. We left after 1 year of pure hell, then they kept auto debiting my girlfrieinds checking account for rent after we left. We had to close the account and are now suing Towne Properties, LLC who managed queen's tower. I will never rent from Towne Properties again. Jessica Middendorf (blonde girl in office) lied about everything then allowed are problems to continue. What a horrible company and building.
