Dishonest Practices

This company is desperate to sell thier product. They will manipulate and hard-sell you. They use all the old tricks like "calling the boss" to "see if we can get the price lower". The people they use to sell are commission only - and are like car salesmen - the bad kind... Thier "owner" - although I think he is really the sales manager is a very passive/agressive type and although he "smiles" - you can see his lies if you look him in the eye. Once they have you sign a contract, they forget all the promises made to get the sale and once you pay them they are gone. The workmanship is shoddy and the promised "best" material is not so great. The stain guy must have been stoned or drunk, because I could have tied a paint brush to my dogs tail and gotten a better finish.

Overall, they just seem like swindlers and it is hard to believe they have been in business for 3 years. I know they are rip-offs and lied about the "employees" that built the deck... The guys were the worst of the worst and I am mniserable that I wasted so much money.
