Dothan Chrysler Dodge is by far the worst dealership that I have ever visited. I've heard all types of horror stories from people that have purchased there, and even worked there! They may make you promises, but they seldom will keep them. The management is the worst part of the business. The sales managers and the finance manager are hateful and rude. There isn't much negotiating with them, and you can forget about being taken care of after the sale.

The finance manager will stop at nothing to try to overcharge you for a warranty or gap insurance, and will even try to sell some stupid paint protection that is just a coat of wax. There's nothing wrong with trying to make money and to be successful, but you have to have tactfulness and that is obviously absent at this place.

Never, never, never shop at this dealership. Not only will you regret trying to get your car serviced, but you'll never be able to trade out of your car b/c you'll be so upside down in it that you'll have to pay it off entirely before you can get rid of it.
