The worst is still not known Nationwide

I like many ex employees from lindelle studios in jenkintown have held my tounge due to new ownership. We expected a change. There was none. The CEO is the same and she is on a rampage. Customers show up at appointments. There are no sales people. The customer is promised a $200 gift certificate if they return sales then raises the price of the package by $200.00 some customers will not ever be seen depending on zip codes. Do not ever expect a return call as it will never come. You will be promised the sun, the moon and the stars but get the shaft. They are told to trained to tell customers that pictures will be done in a few weeks, a year or 2 later and most customers are still waiting. Always perfect has split and is doing a great, honest business in NY. Lindelle is in the process of going nation wide but any employee or manager with any skill or knowledge is gone. Only 2 managers remain and 3 or 4 employees. Go somewhere else get a good job done. Do not let this type of company keep making money. $500 for negatives? We used to throw them away by the box full. They were a great company 30-40 years ago but then so was eveyone else. I suggest you go to the Better Business Bureau and/or the TV news andtell the world how bad this company really is. Do not let this continue. Do not be bullied. There are a million other photographers who do not come to your wedding drunk or try to pick up the bridesmaids. Hardcore sales is not what you need at this time. Photographers with dirty tuxedos, bad breath, hung over??? Dirty and drunk sales people. This is the norm. $895 entry package? That is a joke. The average package sold is $1900.00 Sales people are fired if they sell too many $895 packages.
