Window seal failure

Peachtree doesn't uphold it is guarantee. I've attempted in useless to obtain touching them regarding a screen seal that's failed. The screen dropped from the deck door. I completed the types they offer on the site without any reaction. A person support consultant explained it had been an act of God the seal release consequently not included in the guarantee. Lord has become employed by Peachtree adding "defective" seals???!!!
