Peachtree has horrible customer care. They simply don't respond!

Peachtree provides a bad product. I mounted doublehung windows in my own new house in 1997. Nearly every screen has already established humidity issues between your panes. Today they're from guarantee. Bad Substandard item, don't get them!!! Stay with Anderson or Pella!
