I WISH I had checked the Houston Better Business Bureau before using this company - I now see they have an "F" rating.
We explained to the salesman that our house had been flooded, and replacement cabinets were currently being built. We then bought a cooktop.in fine print on the invoice, which the salesman DIDN'T BOTHER TO POINT OUT, it states there is a 20% re-stocking fee on returns. Sure enough, the cooktop didn't fit in our new countertop. When we called to ask if it could be returned, Nor-West said too bad, there will be a re-stocking fee, plus we will have to pay shipping to have the cooktop returned to the manufacturer. He then offered to have someone alter the countertop to fit the cooktop! We relunctantly agreed, but then Nor-West never bothered to follow-up and the installer would not return phone calls.
This company does not know the meaning of Customer Service.in addition, they will take advantage of people in a bad situation, such as a flood. Definitely not recommended.
