Horrible customer service

We bought a New Dryer from NorWest Appliance and when it was delivered it was damaged. I called Norwest Appliance and they said that it was my problem and that I needed to contact GE. I called GE, the service man came out and said that the Dryer had been dropped and was all bent up inside. I called Norwest back and spoke to the owner and explained to him that I would like to exchange this dryer for a new one. I did not want this damaged dryer. He told me that he could NOT exchange it. And that I was basically stuck with it and that GE could 'fix' it with replacement parts... This company is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service and I should have just bought the Dryer from Lowes or Home Depot. Buyer BEWARE!
