Power Shut Off when bill was current

My Buddy died in March and that I thought responsability for his home in Phoenix. I had been overdue on the cost of $17.49 July, I delivered a cost of $50.00 in September which more then introduced the cost present.in August I delivered another cost of $100.00 which offered me a credit of $70.00. APS however turn off power-on June 1st simply because they stated they currently need $210.00 deposite to carry on support. I questioned how they created the $210.00 deposit quantity plus they stated its 2 times the typical statement. I subsequently questioned what my typical statement is plus they claimed $45.00. After I questioned how then they might need a $210.00 deposit they might not reply me. I don't know how a public-utility may stop support whenever a statement is present.in Phoenix I'd genuinely believe that might lead to a significant problem with public security and wellness. Pity on APS plus they shouldn't be permitted to switch off any energy when funds are present. Something must be achieved.
