They are a rental Co., I left the house in better condition then when I got into it, and they are ripping me off on my 3600. Deposit and trying to charge me 4000.00 extra dollars

I left the rental in better condition then when I moved in, I replaced standard bulbs with ceiling fans and improved the back yard and took pics both before and after. They couldn't find my move in docs so they kept my 3600. Deposit. Now they are charging me and extra 3000. For items in the home that were never there. I don't know how to fight this. I have proof with pics, and docs. The manager is a complete jerk. I cleaned the house for hours, and had the carpets professionally cleaned on my dime. They are trying to say I lived in the house longer even though we did a walk through 2 weeks before and the house was empty and I gave them my keys. They are also claiming I didn't put in my notice, however the lease was up and I have proof of notice and acknowledgment of notice in email form. Help?
