Chris Francis E-bay ripoff

On January 17th. I ordered a Kitty Condo from Chris Francis, NCF-Industries through E-bay. I paid 69.95 plus 36.67 shipping for a total of $106.62. To date I have not received the condo.

I e-mailed many times and received answers to the first few, all lies. Was told it would ship next week or there was a delay, etc. Tried to call many times and received no answer.

My understanding is that Mr. Francis sold his entire inventory to one person and kept the money that several of us had paid for the same condos.
