Ebay fraud using kitty condos/cat trees, took money and dissapeared

I purchased a kitty codo/cat tree/cat scratcher from seller NCF Industries on 1/24. This seller took my money, promised a delivery date 4 weeks from date of sale, then never delivered it.

Purchase price was $112 (with shipping) and since this seller strung me along for more than 4 weeks, the 30 day window I had to request reimbursement quickly evaporated.

Subesequently, I've been in contact with other victims of this fraud scheme, and this seller has managed to steal thousands of dollars in total.

I'm writing this complaint in the hopes that if this person tries to steal from others, you will have been forewarned.
