Peter Francis Geraci And Law Offices told me NOT to go to a court date which was the sell date of my home. Tricked and lied to us

I decided to file a Chapter 13 plan with the Law offices Of Peter Francis Geraci, due to falling behind on my mortgage payment.

I had later on found out that the bank I was paying off my mortgage to had try to foreclose on it. I trusted the Law Offices Peter Francis Geraci when they told me my home would not be taken away.

I had come into his office several times to work out plans, and money issues, and ways to save my home.in the mean time I received many notices to appear in court, reguarding the foreclosure on my home.

The attorney I had with Peter Francis Geraci told me those notices were of no importance, and that I DID NOT have to appear.
I later then found out, one of those dates was the SELL OF MY HOME!

I wanted to keep my home more than anything, and I did what I could, and listened to my attorney at Peter Francis Geraci.
I learned that my home was sold when I went in to work on some more numbers and figure out payments.

Thats when I was told my home was already sold, and they could not do anything about it. I want my home back. I plan to do whatever it takes to get it back, and whatever it takes to get these LIARS out of business!
