False Warranty and Misrepresentation

I bought an Sharp air conditioner from this company, which in a little less than one month from the time I received it stopped functioning. The company told me the warranty was for one year, and if the item was defective the manufacturer would replace the item free. The real warranty was for only 30 days from the time I ordered. The clock was ticking during the shipping time. The warranty was, bogus, as was their telling me the item would be replaced free. I have a defective dead air conditioner and have hundreds of dollars. Sharp states they have no relationship with the company, however the company is selling their products. I feel I have been ripped off and the company lied to me.
I should have known better, the company sells on ebay too, and 140 negative accounts are posted in their feedback. Also, the Better Business Bureau rates the company as an "F" on and A, B, C, D, F scale.
F being the worst in responding to customer complaints. Order at your own risk.
