GeneralSaving (EBAY) Misleading waste of time, rip off, overcharge shipping, no refund, defective items

So, several items have been bought by this store and I'm not surprised I'm not the only one who has had a problem with this company. My job is fixing computers and I like to do it in a timely manner. When I bought some hinges for a laptop screen on ebay, they were either defective or they did not fit the specific model and they argued with me that it was the right one when I was the one having all the parts in front of me and it was impossible to fit the computer part in to the specified computer. After arguing with me they finally told me they would give me a refund and to send it back I told them I'd appreciate it. Time has gone by and 3 months later I havent received any refund for the item and all they do now is ignore my emails even though the United States Postal Service has confirmed that the item has been received, and I have checked the PO Box for the address on their company over 6 times they still have not even responded to my emails. These people are probably con artists, they probably sent a defective item on purpose, bullshit you into trying the item and then a different one and once 45 days have gone by ebay can't do anything about it and help you out they are free to do the same thing again. Check their Ebay store you will see that even the people who left positive feedback even say that the items are used even though they specified as new, its the wrong item, item is broken, or that they never sent the item at all. This is some real bulls*t... And the people in charge of the store barely have legible grammar. BEWARE!!!
