Do not honor warranty!

I purchased a guarantee through our mortgage business GMAC for electric devices within our home. The title of the organization is House Function. Once the period arrived in order for them to substitute our AC the organization claims we changed some switchers or cables to miss anything which triggered the AC to prevent functioning. We've no concept to change something on an AC or other things. First they stated the filter was blocked and next they transformed the tale towards the cables. They arrived this past year also when I had exactly the same protest. When the cables were changed subsequently, why didn’t they repair it? Personally I think the corporation is wanting to get out-of needing to repair our AC device. Could anyone have any concept in regards to what I ought to do?
