Delivered damaged goods - no return policy

On 7/21 I bought a tangible feature from Calo Room - 3701 West Highway 98 - Computer, Fl 850.785.2340 - I settled 561.75 including shipping and put up - throughout the shipping the forklift decreased their forks on my garage and broke the entire 10'x11.5' area completely through the 4" heavy piece of tangible - following the shipping I observed the feature was damaged and leaky - I named instantly September 22nd and informed them concerning the issue I had been informed they'd purchase me another dish, which may have a week and that I was okay with that - I called them-and remaining messages on July 6th - 7th - 8th and lastly on Friday the 10th talked to Jamie the person I bought the feature from - He explained the guys vehicle they requested the underside dish from was divided also it will be the end-of the week before it arrived in - I stated that wasn't appropriate which not contacting me back as he explained he'd wasn't the right way to complete business - He assured me he might have the dish in my experience on Friday the 12th and provide and put up the brand new dish at 3:30 pm - I named him at 4pm and was informed he was on his method at4:45 he turned up - looked over the feature and noticed the crack stated it should have occurred during shipping - which in the looks of the form round the break, it had been method more than a couple weeks - then he mentioned he did not possess the fresh dish and had another in the ton - however it was also damaged - I told him that I just wanted my Money-back as well as their insurance info for that damaged garage - I was educated they have a no-return policy - that we questioned informing him it had beennot like I simply purchased something which used to donot like and was retuning it - that's was faulty and being I'd them provide and set it-up - shouldn't be kept to his Number Return Policy - he explained it appeared as if he'd need to provide me my money-back and also have his tangible guy contact me to determine concerning the garage - he explained might call me Friday August 13th I never obtained a phone from him - I named him back on Friday the 14th and informed I had been annoyed he never named as guaranteed and neither did his tangible guy - I told him simply come get the feature provide me my money-back and supply me together with his insurance provideris info. He mentioned he'd no help choose it-up until Friday the 17th and he'd be below to obtain it and return me my cash - properly it's 5:30 pm I've named many times and remaining communications - I've not gotten a call-back with no you have confirmed to correct this issue...

So far as I will observe - went there nowadays they've the precise feature there put up - no breaks or escapes - lol believe they did a baitandswitch on me - LOL thats okay cracks in it - several ticks of the mouce plus they don't possess a company:)
