Ken Bernard, who owns Outside Thoughts, LLC found my house, looked over my top and offered me a to reroof the house. He returned having a deal, we both closed it, I offered him a money deposit to lock in a start-date and that I never noticed from him again. He will not answer me or even the Better Business Agency or even to return my deposit. It would appear that I am not the only real individual he's completed this also. Buyer beware.
