Leaking, mold

We bought our clayton home in issues began before our first cost having a trickle within the bedroom and living room, that they set, ok for that first-year, then your trickle occurred again, not just within the living room, but I will state in most room within the truck about the front-side and and places within the back-side of the house. The screen within the family room today leaks when it rains, and you will find moldy places in the aged and current leaks. We've attempted to repair them-but how will you dry up each region?

We also had issues with our AC device, it just worked for just one summer, Clayton returned and set it after I reported many times, however they set the point with plumbing materials, which failed (obviously) since I'd to possess it fixed again the following summer by an heat and atmosphere organization which explained the issue.
