Beware. Dan Doyle of 49 Wood Street, Woburn, MA is taking security deposits to rent a House he does not own. He is advertising to rent his big beautiful house in Woburn for rent at $ 1500 per month. He is claiming he wants to move back to California and is renting the House cheap just to cover the Real Estate Taxes on his house.

Received an e-mail from a gentleman named Ron and spoke with him yesterday. Ron and his family went to see the House and loved it. They gave Dan a $1500 check for the Security Deposit. Dan cashed the check right away but then refused to rent the house to Ron and to return Ron's money.

BEWARE. Be forewarned. Dan Doyle does not own the house. The house is owned by a Trust in California. Dan Doyle is just scamming you.
