Oncor Electric says my meter for my TXU statement. They began me on the incorrect meter quantity on May 1 after I put up the support at my new appropriate. It's nearly July, and also the issue gets worse every single day. Nowadays I obtained 2 more "fixed" expenses from TXU. One mentioned I owe them $147.00; another mentioned I'd a $42.00 credit. Both charges were dated 7/27/09, and NEITHER one had my proper meter quantity or meter reading suggested. The client support individuals are definitely useless... I've obtained atleast 30 eaqmils declaring my challenge could be solved in 1-2 business days. It's now been 33 dyas since I have submitted my challenge
Avaoid the corporation no matter what... They've simply no idea just how to repair a basic clerical mistake!
