On September 15 I received the monthly gas charges for my home I can't believe the amount $11,388.07 for my august usage my average August bills for the last 30 years was about $12.00 only.
I make a call to find out and correct this mistake in any other dispute with Phone company or Hydro all it takes only 1 call and the person on the other side resolve the problem.
At Enbridge I was told that they will credit my account for the late payment of $168.02 on the next bill which it was done and they will investigate and correct the $11,201.48 in short time.

Next month I called and speak to the supervisor which he promise to correct this on the next bill also I send an email and received promise to have this matter corrected on my next bill.
On Friday December, 10 I called again this time I ask to speak to the president of Enbridge I was given a number to call and leave a message which I left on the record it says some one will contact within the next 2 business days.
I have a feeling that Enbridge has a policy of changing the meters and don't bather to record the starting reading on the used meter they install.

My meter was changed on May since this meter has been changed at least another 4 Enbridge workers shows up to change the meter again I told them that the meter has been changed and not to be changed every few weeks.
My old meter was working for at least last 30 years and not changed even once.
I am lucky not to have authorized Enbridge to withdraw from my bank account, other wise my bank account was cleaned out and who knows how many years it may take to have my money bank if they are not able to correct just the billing.
I recommend to any one to cancel the automatic withdraw from this company in case of error in their billings.
