Whatever You Wish To Call Them prod. Never wrk tried to can but was after 14 days

We ordered product thinking good idea, husband thought was a good idea WRONG. We got it, we had to install it ourselves no biggie, it NEVER worked. Despite HOURS on the phone with them.
So they set up appointment to send tech out, the day of appointment no one shows up. We call, oddly enough they tell us then it should have never been made we live to far away from the place for them to send one. So they send us a box of gadgets that "should" work, when this doesn't work, we try to cancel they then inform us that it can not be canceled because it is past the cancellation period.
They also precede to tell us that it would cost us over $1,000 to cancel out of it. HELLO they can't fix it, why should we be responsible to pay that much money for something we have had less than a month. So now we have had this thing for a long time, we have paid the $39 month waiting for the contract to be up.
Went thru the name changes. Well we thought because my husband is active duty, that there would be a military clause in the contract WELL NO. We have paid on this thing for over two years they still want us to pay almost $500 dollars just to get out of the contract!
We told them that we rent now and can not add anything to the place where we are renting and they still will not let us out of it. The place we were before we owned.
Do not get a contract with any of these people!!!
