No flooring, only duping. Watch out for your money

Seemed to be a good guy when I met him initially at my home. As per his website, he is supposed to be honest & reliable, which is what everyone says till the time you pay them. Brought some samples of wood and remained in touch when called about some questions on the flooring. Then comes the day when we selected the wood and paid him for the materials.

Promised to deliver the wood in 3 days. Calls back and says that the wood is not in stock. Later in the week, he is not traceable. Over the weekend calls back and apologizes for not returning calls. Says, wood is in stock now and will be delivered by Monday. Its been over a week now and there is no trace of him and neither the wood. Does not respond to calls or email.

He still advertises on Craigslist as www.renewflooring.net and tries to lure people with some good pictures of the work he has done. Does not stick to his promises. If I have been having so many problems before the work has started, think about when he does a sloppy job and runs away.

I would advice to stay away from this guy and his company if you want save yourself from sleepless nights and headache.
