Poor carpet installation and no recourse

We'd a sizable family room carpeted by Homedepot. We bought the rug through them-and had them do the installation. The rug was ACUTELY badly fitted. You will find ripples planning completely over the ground in addition to small piles against all the surfaces. Clearly the contractors didn't understand what these were performing—the rug wasn't correctly extended. I actually had a company are available in and inform me he's never noticed this type of bad installation work. I approached Homedepot regarding this problem plus they dismissed my criticism. I approached them another period plus they merely delivered a notice—filled with typos—informing me that my criticism was 'declined'. I'd not have something mounted by Homedepot again—we're stcuk with this terrible rug that visitors journey over and several discuss.
