Wow... What an expensive juicer!!!

This item is basically JUNK!
Actually, the Juicer works good, but DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE A MEATLOAF! You will overheat the motor & it will quit before the mixture is 1/2 way mixed (approx 10 one half to one second pulses), and the eggs will cook around the spindle! My friend used hers to make a meatloaf the same night and had the same problem... So THIS UNIT IS OBVIOUSLY TOO WEAK TO PERFORM AT LEAST ONE OF THE MAJOR TASKS IT WAS INTENDED FOR!!!

One of my notes to the company:
Your refusal to provide me with the two RA #'s I requested & also to answer my phone calls has depleted my available time to receive a favorable response before the next SET of charges were to be applied, so I took action & you will NOT be paid another dime on either of these accts.

As for the rest of my experience with this company... I will simply post a copy of my complaint to the BBB here:

While placing online order, decided to use a diff CC, so I went back & changed my CC info, but the system processed the 1st order w/o my confirmation.

On 16-MAY-09 I placed an online order for one (1) Bullet Express Meal Machine & received order confirmation for one unit, but ultimately received two units. When I told my friend, she stated that is was a 2-for-1 deal, so I thought nothing of it. I offered her one @ 1/2 price, but she declined as she wanted to get the 2-for-1 deal as well. When she later told me that she only received one unit on her order, I became concerned & checked all of my CC statements & found that I had been charged for both units, one on each of two different CC accounts, & found out that my friend had actually been viewing the "Magic Bullet" ad which IS 2-for-1 & had confused it with the "Bullet Express". As I had only authorized one charge, I called (BE) & requested refunds for the purchase which was not authorized, & also for the second unit as well as the item is defective, but they declined both requests for RA#'s & told me to call back in 48 hrs. I tried twice after 48 hrs but got no answer, so I was forced to cancel both cards to avoid further charges as I am on a payment plan, & my next charges are due to post tomorrow, 16-JULY-09.

They must realize that they had their chances to make it right, but refused, so I am now refusing to accept any refunds & will not pay another dime to them for the junk they sent me. I will just chalk it up to another bad online experience.
