Western Bullet Company
I paid for bullets that were never shipped to me. Company doesn't respond to emails

On 11 January I ordered a total of 1000 cast bullets from Western Bullet Company. The total cost with shipping was $110. After not receiving them for over a month I emailed the company asking the status of my order. The first email I received from Jon stated that he thought they had shipped the order but after checking realized they had not and that he would get the bullets made and shipped as soon as possible. Another month or so goes by with no bullets. I emailed Jon again and he replied that he had been at a gun show and had gotten a nasty bug and was sick. He stated he would get the bullets out by next Tuesday which was about a week away. You guessed it. No bullets no emails no nothing from Jon or Western Bullet Company.

After waiting almost four weeks for the bullets to arrive I emailed Jon again and informed them I was canceling the order and I wanted my money back. No reply from Jon or anyone else from Western Bullet Company. I paid for the order using my PayPal account so I thought I could resolve it through PayPal. You guessed it. Nope. Since more than 45 days had transpired since paying for the illusive bullets PayPal automatically closed my dispute. I learned the hard way that PayPal isn't always the best way to do business on the Internet.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Spokane Washington and am waiting to see if and when Jon or anyone from Western Bullet Company responds to my complaint. My advice to anyone who loads their own ammunition is this "Buyer Beware of Western Bullet Company". You may never get what you pay for!
