Faulty, misadvertised product, overcharge shipping, not timely reimbursement

I purchased the Magic Bullet from a TV ad. They took the funds from my checking acct. Almost immediately, soon after I got the pkg. After testing the product I found it to perform badly and not even close to what was advertised, tho

It did look nice. I called to proceed with the return and they explained how to do it. Fine. I sent it back and even had to pay another ten dollars to do that. Then they did not return my money to my account when they received the pkg and not only that but took out the second payment after they told me they would not. I had to call them and really be 'assertive.' They then sent me an e mail saying that the money had been credited to my account on the 18th of Nov and that was not true. I checked twice a day. I am not saying that the product might not be right for all. But, the thing leaks... It says to exert counterclockwise pressure so the bullet does not become caught under the lip. When you exert this pressure, it comes unscrewed. If you were to screw it on tighly enough to counter act this, I would never be able to get the lid OFF!

Lip guards leak, and if you were to use them as directed at a bullet bash, there would be spilt drinks all over.
I tried chopping. Ha! This little brat pulverizes everything it sees. There is no tap thing going on. It will not perform as it is advertised! Be my guest and try it! You, too, will be mad and disgusted with the clean up and ticked off at the 40 plus 10 dollars on wasted postage. If you have tried it, please post a rebuttal if you liked it. And also please please post a report if you agree with mine. I hate to see good folks waste their money!!!
