Roof replaced and now have leak. Cannot get in touch with them

In May 0f 2010 we were contacted by James Mallet of Capital Restoration Inc. About coming out to look to at our roof for possible storm damage.
He came out and inspected roof the roof and said we did have storm damage from hail.
Long story short roof was replaced ins. Paid. They also wanted the full amount of moneys from the ins. But we had inside water damage that needed repainting in which we were having someone else to do this work but they wanted all of the money for work they where not going to do.
Now we have a leak where we did not have one before.
We are unable to get in touch with them. Only get a recorded message and cannot find web site.
I would like to a response from them if they are still around and some contact info.
