After a week of serious storms and hail, Mark Spanton of Peak Exteriors convinced us that he could get our insurance company to pay for a new roof and new siding from the damage. He provided "scripts" and a timeline of calls to make to our insurance company. We had our siding, roof and gutters replaced by Peak Exterior in the fall of 2004. Our insurance company paid for the roof and the siding and we paid for the upgrade to the roof and for the seamless gutters.
A few months later, the siding started coming off the house. We called the office for several months and left numerous messages but never got a call returned. Then, in the spring we noticed our kitchen ceiling had water marks after a rainstorm. Again, we tried calling the office only to learn that the phone had been disconnected with no further information.
We called the better business bureau and learned that they had a forwarding address in New Mexico.
