Sunrise Fla False Advertising and Horrendouse Customer Service

My air conditioning broke down at 9 P.M. On 7/13. I called AATC at that time since they advertise and claim to service the North Miami area and offer 24 hour emergency service.
I was told I would receive a call from a technician within the hour. The call never came. I called again and filed another request. I specifically clarified the city I live in and was told they serviced the city and that I would receive a call. That call never came as well.

Tired of waiting, I called AAA Air Conditioning in Miami and had a tech at my house within 30 minutes.

I have a 2 week old baby and was very concerned about the air conditioning breaking down and causing such heat for the entire night. I am thankful that there are companies out there like xxx who stand behind their advertising claims and provide excellent customer service. I can't say the same for Air Around The Clock.

To make matters worse. The next morning I receive a call from AATC claiming they do not service North Miami when I was told and their internet ads clearly say they do.in my opinion, this company is being mis managed and is clearly not dependable.
