Tru geen killed my yard rip-off

I contracted Tru Green to service my yard. After they put on the 2nd application, my front yard died. I went from having the best yard in the neighborhood to having the worst. My lawn guy said it was chemical burn. They were supposed to send someone in Management over a week ago, and they never showed up. I have called numerous times to the Fishers, IN office with no luck. How do these people stay in business?
