Take my money and did not build my home

This company make we did a closing on a land, then all of sudden, they say the land cannot get a drive way permit, they take a advance payment from the bank. Also my money. I write to the attorney general (BBB) the say that they cannot do anything about the matter, i take the matter to court and they do want to settle the matter. I try cannot afford a lawyer, i try pa bar of association and cannot get no help, it been over 4 years this going on and cannot get no help, everytime we call to get the matter settle we get a zillon excuses. My home never build and my dream for my wife and kids never fulfill, all because of this builder. Americorp.
