Tank Rental Fee

Simply had my Gas tank eliminated without prior notice, the container was complete

I received a notice this season, very first time in 9 years that there's today a rental charge on my container. I talked having a consultant concerning the new rental charge and was informed they might renounce the charge this season and commence billing me in January. I had been informed from the repetition all was okay. Nevertheless not knowing the brand new charge, I believed atleast I'd sometime to determine what this fee was about.

Although I had been out - my kid athome named me at the office to see me the Suburban Vehicle was in my own garage which she noticed sounds outside close to the container.

I called Suburban questioning what these were performing in my own garage. Our first phone - " we don't have any serivce planned at your tackle" Minute call to see them they required the tank - " oh yes, you did not spend the rental charge so we eliminated your tank! And incidentally our plan is the fact that you didnot possess a gasoline shipping this season which means you owe us a rental charge and also you didnot spend this charge so we'd no option but to get rid of your container!"

All was refused about my first discussion concerning the rental charge! Whoa! Has someone else experienced this??
