Howard Allen/Custom Gate System Inc. Mismanages money and employees not being paid on time, makes excuses (we've heard of 16 so far—out of town, backlogged, broken equipment—trailer, welder, missing tools, bolts; backlogged vendors they deal with, problems with employees and other jobs—the excuses basically showed they were lying), we were told the job would be done in 2 to 3 weeks if we paid money up front—their terms, 3.5 months later we still are waiting to get the job installed.installer doesn't know what they are doing—not their regular job, we have had to hunt down these people, broke water pipe without repairing it, told us after-the-fact that homeowner needs to map out all of the plumbing (we were not told that and we didn't know what the prior owners had done with plumbing/irrigation). They also burried spliced wired wrapped in electrical tape and after we told them they needed to use a water tight box they burried the box and put a hole that would allow water to penetrate. There are a lot of other problems with what should have been a routine installation. These people wanted to be on the job site without us being present, but there were too many problems to have them on the site alone.
