Hall Associates Fraudulent late fees, no definition of property boundaries in lease

If you are looking for rental property in the SW Virginia beware of a company called Hall Associates Inc. They charged me a late fee for supposedly paying my rent one day late. What's suprising about this is that every month I personally carry my payment to their office so I know for a fact that it was not late. I've heard from others that they have also been hit with fraudulent late fees though I have no actual proof in their cases. Also if they receive your payment late for whatever reason, you more than likely will not be notified until months later!!! So if you have a problem with your mail not getting through you will not learn of the late charges until several months worth have acrued.
Also be aware that if you rent a mobile home lot from them they may CHANGE THE SIZE AND BOUNDARIES of the lot at any time. They refuse to describe on paper the land which one is renting. I'm currently checking with state representatives to see if this is legal in Virginia. To say the least it's unethical and very unprofessional.
how can one have a lease on a piece of property without knowing it's size or exact location? This information should be provided as part of the lease. SEEMS I RENTED A "PIG IN A POKE":)
I will be vacating these premises in the next few months and will NEVER rent from them again.
If you plan on renting in Virginia, familiarize yourself with landlord - tenant law in advance. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS - DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!
