Chericka Hall comes across as a nice and professional person. But don't be fooled. At the end of the day, she'll lie to you and take advantage of you. She is a deadbeat tenant. She made promise after promise but failed to keep it. Once she is late on payment, evict her. She will start to get late and then get later and more late. Until she no longer will pay and then play eviction games. DO NOT RENT TO THIS TENANT or trust her whatsoever. She has a daughter named Takayla Vanderball and has been evicted in the past. She also has bad debts so beware and don't fall for her schemes.
