Keystone Home Builders Augusta, GA, Inc. What a rip! The worst thing we ever bought was our Keystone Home

We started to buy our home in June. We have only lived in our house for 8 months. From the date we handed them the check to start building the home, it has been a disaster. They tell you "Build your dream home", well your dream home is going to be the biggest disaster you have ever dealt with. They switched our builder a few months after they started building the home and never even told us. We met with our new builder, and he was the biggest jerk ever. They said, "you can upgrade anything you want in your home." We wanted to upgrade our A/C unit because after talking with their A/C guys that told us to get a 1/2 ton bigger unit to cool the house properly, the builder said no. We called our realtor with Keystone and had to have it done through him. Then, we wanted our fence to come up on the house about 5 feet so we could fit the trash can and recycle bin on the side by the gate. We told our builder many times we wanted that, and he still put the gate in the wrong place. He wouldn't fix it again, so we had to go through the realtor again. We were also told we would have sod put in the back yard instead of grass seed. They put grass seed and then just threw sod down on top of it when we said something. Put the sod down, then dug it back up to put in the sprinkler system.
After buying the home, we have had nothing but problems. We had bugs in the home when we moved in and had to get pest control immediately. We had a toilet tank completely break in half, and had to battle with them to get that fixed. Our fence is leaning on our gate, and they lied and said that they fixed it and they didn't after we bugged them for months about it. Our sprinkler system in the yard stopped working. They claim that they cover so much under warranty and they don't. They don't cover hardly anything. I would never recommend anyone to ever buy a Keystone home.
