Not answering phone or email

In July we had Climatech come to our house to do an a/c inspection. The technician told us that we needed a new air conditioner — he suggested we get a new furnace since it was also old.

The technician who installed the new Amana units seemed to have problems while installing it. He seemed very frustrated and made several phone calls while installing the units. At one point I saw him at his van using a hammer to try and pound the boxes and old furnace into his van.

In May I turned the air conditioner on for the first time this season and it did not work. I tried calling Climatech and they have a message on their phone stating that they are restructuring in May. I have emailed them and left a phone message — none of these have been returned.

The Better Business website states that this company is out of business and there is now a message from the company's president on bbb.org.
