Pathetic customer service NO RETURN CALLS

Purchased a LG dishwasher from Kennedy Hahn 3 years ago. Within the first 9 months had 4 service calls— would not clean the dishes. Called to speak with a mgr. Never returned our calls.

We just put up with the sub-par dishwasher until now. The control panel gave out. Went back to Kennedy Hahn and at this point, interested in purchasing a different model. Wanted to discuss some type of compromise, as they could see, by their service records, that we were never happy with this product.

It is funny that 3 years later nothing has changed with their customer service. We had to initiate phone conversation with the manager.

Two reasons for the post:
1) We paid $850 for a dishwasher that both the manufacturer and appliance dealer did not want to stand behind. I thought I spent enough money to get a quality product and support.
2) Without customer service—This local dealer must not see the need to take care of their customers.

In closing, I'm sure there are Kennedy Hahn customers that love them. I just had a bad experience with them. Will not recommend or return. $850 lesson learned! Ouch!
