Beware, "dragonflylamps.com" ripped me off, robbers. Wont return anybodys calls

Dragonflylamps.com ripped me off and i want all to beware. They took my money, told me three weeks. I called them in three weeks and they said i was on backorder. Two more weeks went by i told them i wanted a refund. At this point they were passing the buck and told me to call the credit card company. All the while they were just holding me off till it was too late to get a refund from the card company. Rip-offs. They had no intention on giving me the lamps or the money. I was very paitent with them and save all correspondence i had with them. Now there phone is disconected, and they are avoiding people. 219.00 is alot of money to me. I dont like being ripped off, and i dont want anyone else to be either. However it is apparent they were running a scam cause they wouldnt answer my e-mails or phone calls. They probably got alot of other people too. They told me they supposedly merged with someone, and it wasnt thier fault that they didnt have any records on my transaction, but i have all and told them this. Ever since. No reply. Thank you very much for listening i really had to vent. Lol and thank you dragonfly lamps for ripping off a disabled person who doesnt have any money to begin with. Beware of dragonflylamps.com and thier supposedly new merger with whoever coming out to do it agian..
