I purchased a pair of pants from there website. The pants I ordered were green leggings. The pants I recieved were wide leg blue jeans. I emailed them to let them know there error and they ask me to send them a picture of what I recieved. I emailed them a picture, after several days they finally respond telling me that they believe I recieved the pair of pants I ordered, so I emailed them a picture of what I ordered. Then after they can cleary see that this is not what I ordered they tell me it must have been there buyers fault and that they are willing to send me an 8 dollar credit. Ive been emailing them back and fourth for weeks and the most that theyve offered me is 12 dollars and I spent 80 on the pants I ordered. They also keep telling me that if I send it back to them that they can loose it and it will take several weeks to proecess. They keep telling me to give it to a friend or a relative that will like it. That the pants are popular where they are from and someone would love them. I dont not want these pants, they are not the pants I ordered and apparently I wont be recieving my money back seeing as though they are a fraudulent compant! Do not order anything from this site. They are a total rip off and are not even based in Canada but out of China! Worst service ever!
