Warrantee scam on service

I bought a skid steer Toro lawn mower in late feb. And it has broken already. I had to call eleven times over three weeks to get them to come get it and fix it. Well I should say they finally said they would come get it tomorrow. Will see! Don't buy any thing from Conn's. I have call services center, customer service, warehouse who picks up the unit and noone would help or get off their ass to do anything. I have file a complaint with the customers service dept and online to no avail. What can you do about companies like this???
