Paid in Advance and am not receiving services

On 2/21/09 I signed a 3 year contract with this company via "Justin" and paid up front for the 3 years total of $540.00. They came the next day and treated my yard; They were not able to treat the inside as they were supposed to because I was not home. I had an agreement with them they would let me know when they were coming which they did not do. I called them and rescheduled the inside treatment. They never showed up or called. I called them and the woman in the office made some excuse and said they would call me back to reschedule. Since then I have had no calls and they have not serviced even the outside as they contract calls for each month. They have missed March and April and so far May. Yesterday some of my neighbors informed me that he is doing the same thing to them and we met with a Hernando County Sherriffs officer. I called the Companyh again at 11:03 am and left a message for them to call me back that I was unsatisfied with their performance. On 5/5 at 11:30 am I called again and the phone was never answered and there was no voice mail available. I intend to cancel my contract if I can reach them and if not intend to bring a civil action against them. I do not reccommed that anyone does business with this company as they obviously are defrauding people of their money.
