Rip Off

I purchased a deluxe 12 month lawn service with Ecological Pest Elimination Inc. And have made multiple phone calls to Mr. Neal about having my yard serviced. Each time I set up an appointment with him they would never show up. I then would call him and he would give me some story of why he could not make it out. I paid for the the full year in the amount of $599.00 and now I can't get any service.
