Ripoff, reports false information they cannot back up

I am so pleased to find all these reports. I have been having trouble with Triad since I financed through them back in 2000. They are rude, constantly calling my office which I have told them not to call as well as discussing the account with people who are not on it! Admittedly, I have been late before but boy was I SHOCKED when they reported I had been 30 days late 28 times on my credit report.

I was trying to purchase a new car and the guy at the dealership who pulled my credit said this was impossible - if I had been late that many times, they would have repo'd the car. He suggested I call them to get it straightened out. Well, I called and asked for a detailed transaction history (showing the due date and the date paid).

Well, the report they sent me did not show the due date at all, just payments made (along with payments to late fees). You could barely read the report - I work for a mortgage company and send out payments histories daily and I could not understand it at all!

When I called back and asked for a more detailed report (again - with the due date and date paid) I was told they could not provide this - only a manager could get it for me. So I said fine, give me a manager! Well, of course nobody was available and they were going to call me back - but never did!

This was last year. I have asked for this numerous times and never received it!
