Still Waiting for Lawn Service, Not a Very Happy Custome

In February I was contacted by Justin from Ecological Pest Elimination and made a contract with him for a years worth of pest control and fertilizer for my lawn. To date, Oct 10 he or anyone from his company has not showed up to my home once after getting paid. I did speak with him and he was supposed to show up on mutliple times, but nothing. After reading the few complaints on this website, I am beginning to feel like I've been ripped off too. I call their office number, 352-754-1017 and talked with various people multiple times. This is a scam! I know a few other people in my neighborhood that also signed on with him and as far as I know he has not followed through with them either. Took everyone's money but provided NO services!!! This is criminal and I have every intention of filing charges against him with my local police. It's a sin that this man is going around ripping off every one. The cost of going after people like this is large, but I would be willing to do some joint effort if others would like to go after them with me - please respond.
