Broken electronic unit unrepaired after two months, service ignores customer

Why are we treated like we do not know anything. Unit broken is electronically controlled, car are electronically controlled, I know electronics. But you will not listen so the unit is still not working after 2 months, and on top of that no one will talk to us. Just remember my computer does not order or pay for any of the things I buy. So talk to me!!!
