Ripoff deceptive company

IDC Realty, in Killeen, TX, should be investigated.in I rented a house from them. Being in the military, I was not home constantly to open the door for repairs. But, it didn't matter anyway, because it's not like they made any repairs. It took weeks for them to get around to replacing the pipes in the kitchen.By the time the maintenance guy came by, the cabinets were ruined.

I had put in numerous work orders and each time I did not hear back. I had over an inch of water in the cabinets below the sink. The walls were paper thin and just a slight bump would cause a hole. The refrigerator leaked constantly. A person had to wear shoes to walk into the kitchen. I couldn't keep food for myself or my two-year old in the freezer. Well... The fridge either, for that matter. The neighbors were allowed to keep trash in our yard. It was a mess. Soldiers... Be aware.
