Ripoff mistreated and ripped off

Do not use this rip off company "Custom Furniture Inc." The owner will only take your money and run with it. This is what happened to my husband and I after dishing out $5,000.00 dollars to hire this company to build our kitchen cabinents. I told the owner exactly how I wanted the cabinents built and had him draw up the plans. A lot of good that did. He built the cabinents the way he wanted and with poor quality at that.

After installation was done and upon examining the cabinets, each one of them had chip marks from a dull saw blade that he was using. The way Ted Bowne fixed it? Using a maple stick to fill in the cracks. Professional huh? Then there was the incident with the crown molding that did not fit flush against my ceiling.

Instead of getting a larger crown molding to fit, he made risers to sit on top of the cabinent and nailed the crown molding to that. Now when looking at my cabinents at the top you see the beautiful riser along with the cheap crown molding, not to mention one pantry he never installed the crown molding on.

He also never finished a maple spacer that was supposed to fit in between my oven and dishwasher, nor did I get a countertop nor did I get the cabinents made the way I ordered them. He by no means followed the drawings that were agreed upon.

Unfortunately due to my own stupidity I paid for the entire installation with his promise to come back the very next day and finish it correctly. Never came back. Left messages after messages, even threatened him with an attorney... Save your money. Go to Strictly Custom Furniture, his competitor and get treated right!!! Ted you suck the big one! I'll see you in small claims court like I promised. This is just the beginning of hell for you!!
